Our noodles are sourced from Sun Noodles, crafted for the perfect chew. Each tare is a complex blend built upon layers of umami-packed ingredients. Our aroma oils are gently simmered with fresh ingredients until fragrant.
Ichimi means one flavor. Ours is built from many — noodle, tare, oil, topping — each one deliberate, all of them inseparable.
